By accessing or using the Rhappsody, LLC platform for creating and managing apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1.1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
1.3. You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services.
1.4. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.1. We offer the following subscription plans: Free, Personal, Pro, and Business.
2.2. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial.
2.3. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance.
2.4. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
3.1. You retain all rights to the apps and content you create using our platform.
3.2. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
3.3. You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of sharing it.
You agree not to use our platform for:
5.1. We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
5.2. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
5.3. We may perform scheduled maintenance that could temporarily affect availability.
6.1. Payment is required after the 14-day free trial period for paid plans.
6.2. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our site.
6.3. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial payment for new subscriptions.
6.4. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services.
7.1. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7.3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rhappsody, LLC from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.
10.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
10.2. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10.3. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
10.4. Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
