Platform fee is what Rhappsody collects when your members, donors, or customers make payments through your app. It is separate from Stripe's standard processing fee, which is paid in addition. 10% for Local applies at Pro and Studio: Rhappsody discounts your subscription by 10%, and you commit to giving 10% directly to a local cause you name — Rhappsody never holds the give-back funds. Outbound emails are messages you send to your members or customers; if you outgrow your plan's monthly allowance, add a top-up to your account balance and keep going ($0.50 per 1,000 emails).
All plans have fair-use limits on apps, storage, AI assistance, and other backend resources to keep the platform reliable. We'll let you know in-product if you're approaching any limit. Free is free during early access; pricing may evolve as Rhappsody grows. Existing accounts will receive 60+ days notice of any tier change.
